 Tim Campbell

Tim brings to the team over 35 years in restaurant development and operations in over 30 states and three countries. He is currently President and Owner of a full-service development firm that provides professional representation and specialized expertise for a broad spectrum of restaurant-related projects.   He brings with him the knowledge and experience of that industry.  As Tim says, “I have known about the SCORE organization for many years. I always thought it was a great idea… having individuals that have swam with the sharks help others to not get bitten.” Ali Nekumenesh, A SCORE alumnus, introduced Tim to Peter Fong and the SCORE organization.  As Tim puts it, “I have found that like most things in life the more you give the more you get. SCORE has been a treasure trove of information for me. Being surrounded by a team of seriously successful as well as dedicated SCORE volunteers along with hopeful entrepreneurs elevates matters in the best of ways.”

Until recently the Chairman for Central Valley SCORE, Peter is now the District Director for Central California SCORE, District 942, serving Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, Modesto, Sonora and Fresno. Born and raised in Napa, CA, he studied business and accounting at Napa College. After college he served in the U.S. Navy. After military service, he joined a national retail firm and was awarded best store performance in its western region. Following his retail career, Peter opened a real estate development and property management firm and founded 1st Solano Mortgage Inc. The mortgage company assisted builders and investors acquire capital for their projects that was not available to them during a difficult credit market. In 2005 Peter moved to Fresno as a consultant for a new company, Andrade International. The facility of a new business model prompted by Peter, the company grew and was awarded Verizon’s small business of the year in 2008. In December 2009, Peter was recruited to become a SCORE volunteer leading to Chairman in 2010.

Peter believes successful business folks should give back to the community by serving with civic organizations for their support and success. Peter has done so for many years. Some of these organizations include; President Napa Boys Club, President, Fairfield/Suisun Chamber of Commerce, where he received a Lifetime Chief Ambassador Award, Board of Directors Tri-County Armed Forces, North Bay Health Care Foundation, Officer and Director Green Valley Country Club, Chairman Property Managers of Solano County, CAR and NAR Industry organizations.
